(Borago officinalis) – is an annual herb with cucumber-flavored leaves and edible, star-shaped blue flowers. Makes a pleasant herbal tea. Many medicinal properties, but use with care. It is especially nice in your garden as a pollinator-friendly plant, earning the nickname “bee bush”.
