Thyme vulgaris French

(Thymus vulgaris) – This “Summer Thyme” is one of the most flavorful of all the thyme varieties. Its is noticeably sweeter and spicier than English types and is the preferred variety used in authentic French cuisine. Used in all types of cooking and grows well in pots or in the garden. Needs some winter protection.
