Italian BLT Lunch Wrap

Wrap sandwiches are very versatile, and you can fill them with so many different ingredients. They are perfect if you're in a hurry or need a delicious packed lunch! This Italian BLT wrap combines fresh herbs with bacon, lettuce and tomatoes for a light and delectable lunch.

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing or mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon basil (finely chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon oregano (finely chopped)
  • 2 leaves lettuce
  • 3 strips cooked bacon
  • 4 slices tomato
  1. Combine the ranch dressing, lemon juice and chopped basil and oregano. Spread the mixture over the tortilla. Layer lettuce, bacon, and tomatoes. Fold in the sides of the wrap and then roll. Toast the outside of the wrap by placing it under your broiler for a couple of minutes, once it’s rolled. Slice in half and serve.

Add a little Greek yogurt to your ranch dressing mixture to help thicken it and add a nice tangy bite!
