Salmon with Tarragon Chive Butter
Fish is a healthy low carb meal, and our tarragon chive butter sauce is the perfect way to complement the flavours of salmon. This butter sauce can also be enjoyed on any other fish, shrimp and scallops. Your seafood dinner just got a whole lot more delicious!
- 4 salmon fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- ¼ cup butter
- 1 small bunch chives
- 3 tablespoons tarragon (chopped)
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Season your salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- In a sauce pan, melt the butter and add herbs and lemon zest. Let simmer 1-2 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Drizzle over salmon and bake in the oven for 8-9 minutes or until done.
This butter can also be enjoyed on shrimp or scallops.
